Traditional Chinese Recipe.  Variation Bok Choi with Beef

 

¼ to ½  lb. Round steak or sirloin, thinly

1 green onion, sliced the whole length,

sliced

then cut 1” pieces

1 T soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 lb Bok Choi, cut into 2” pieces

2 T. cooking oil

 

Marinate the meat in soy sauce and sesame oil.  Cook green onion and beef until beef is done.  Remove.  Cook greens in juice from beef/onion as above.  Return beef/onion to pan.  Stir and serve over rice.
