Pickled Beets
(from the Ausich Kitchen)
|
½ cup water |
1/4 tsp. salt |

1/3 cup vinegar |
½ tsp. cinnamon |
|
1 T. brown sugar |
1/4 tsp. cloves |
Heat above to boiling and pour over cooked, peeled beets. Refrigerate when cool for several days.
