Oriental Coleslaw

green cabbage |
3 tablespoons sugar |

red cabbage |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |

carrots |
1 teaspoon salt |
|
scallions |
½ teaspoon pepper |
|
1 package ramen noodles |
2 cloves garlic |
|
1/3 cup oil–mix of sesame oil and canola works well |
grated ginger |
Shred the cabbages and carrots in the food processor, slice the scallions. Crumble the uncooked noodles into the vegetables. Combine all dressing ingredients and toss with the vegetables and noodles.
